Australian based label born in the heart of iconic bohemian style, Pastel Designs has gone strength to strength as an emerging label.
We first met Meg, the owner in the local markets at Burleigh Heads and after some time became the first NSW stockist of this beautiful brand.
We love the sustainability ethos that Pastel Designs lives by, striving to ethically produce and deliver quality products to customers whilst recognising our responsibility to minimise our impact on the environment. Their commitment to establishing strong relationships with suppliers and staff in Indonesia to ensure fair working conditions is of great importance. Their workers are paid above minimum wage and their working environments are clean, comfortable and safe. On impromptu visits the staff appear to be happy and relaxed as well as respected and valued by their employer. Their presentation and positive attitudes indicate quality working conditions and fair treatment.
